​Our project manager will act as your primary liaison to the ZY-mold work flow.

​Our highly skilled technical design team will get involved early on to ensure your 3D data has passed full tooling feasibility analysis and everything is ready for the mold design engineering stage.

We use different types of machinery, depending on the project and what the customer wants. This includes high-speed CNC machining centers, EDM and WEDM machinery, and Chinese, German, Swedish, and Japanese steels. All our work is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

In ZY-mold, we make sure we're on the same page with the customer about timing and what's expected by agreeing on these things in advance. Planning ahead can stop any problems that might come up in our day-to-day work. We give plenty of advance warning, so you can change your deadlines and avoid any problems for our customers.
