Large bins retain heat. We design multi-loop, evenly distributed water lines in both core and cavity. BeCu (Beryllium Copper) inserts are inlaid at the top edge of the core and deep corners to accelerate heat extraction—reducing cycle time by 10–20%.
Pre-production MoldFlow analysis identifies optimal gate location (usually edge gate or hot tip) and predicts weld lines / air traps—critical for large flat surfaces and textured finishes.
Outdoor bins have large projected area. We use stripper plate (push board) ejection or balanced ejector pin arrays with return springs to prevent distortion during knockout.
