We recommend P20, 718H, NAK80 (for high gloss), or S136 (stainless, anti-corrosion) — all traceable and suitable for food-contact tooling. Mold surfaces are polished to SPI A1–A3 mirror finish or chemically textured (VDI 3400) per your brand sample.
