The suitcase shell IS the brand face. Our cavity can be mirror polished (SPI A1–A3) for high-gloss finish or chemically textured (VDI 3400 / leather grain / carbon-fiber pattern). Hard chrome plating or nitriding is available to extend surface life and resist wear.
To minimize cycle time on large-format molds, we design multi-loop baffled cooling channels in both core and cavity. BeCu (Beryllium Copper) inserts are used at deep ribs or corners where water lines cannot reach, ensuring even heat extraction and reducing warpage.
Due to the large projected area, we equip molds with stripper plates, multi-ejector pins with balanced force, or air-assist ejection, preventing shell distortion during knockout.
YUDO / HASCO / Master hot runner systems with sequential valve gates (SVG) are available to reduce material waste and improve surface quality on monochrome or two-tone shells.
