Wall Thickness Uniformity – Large flat areas tend to warp. We run mold flow analysis (Moldflow) to balance filling and minimize sink marks on thin-wall sections.
Sealing Groove & Flange Flatness – Critical for waterproof ratings. Cavity is finish-ground and polished (SPI A2/B1) to maintain gasket seating.
