What Is a Storage Organizer Basket Mould?


A Storage Organizer Basket Mould is a tool designed to create ventilated, lightweight containers:

Open Grid / Mesh Structure — Walls are not solid; they consist of a network of ribs forming squares, diamonds, or slots. This creates undercuts that standard ejection cannot handle.

Thin Rib Sections — Grid ribs are typically 1.0–2.0mm thick. Filling these thin sections requires high injection speed and pressure.

Ventilation Slots — Large openings for airflow mean less surface area contacting the mold, making cooling fast but ejection tricky.
