We select high-quality Mould steels, including P20, 718H, S136 and H13, according to customer needs and production scenarios. These steels possess excellent hardness, wear resistance and thermal stability, ensuring the Moulds have a long service life of up to 500,000–1,000,000 shots under normal production and proper maintenance. Additionally, we adopt precision CNC machining and professional Mould flow analysis (CAE) to optimize the Mould design in advance, ensuring each plastic basket has uniform wall thickness, stable dimensions and a smooth appearance.
