A: We manufacture the injection mold for the PP/PC+ABS skeleton/substrate. Soft slush-skin (PVC/TPO) is typically formed in a separate slush-molding or vacuum-forming process and laminated or assembled onto the skeleton — not injected in this mold.

Q: How do you handle the passenger airbag tear seam?

A: We design a precision-machined insert or parting-line step in the cavity to mold a pre-weakened tear line (scored groove) — NOT a post-mold cut. This ensures predictable deployment and a clean hidden seam.

Q: What hot runner system do you recommend for dashboard molds?
