A: It's possible when cycle times and wall thickness are compatible — we evaluate case-by-case via Moldflow, since thick lower bin sections can cause sink if gated from the same runner. Often they are built as two separate single-cavity molds for better quality control.

Q: Do you support piano-black (high gloss) zones and matte grain in one mold?

A: Yes. We use S136 mirror-polish insert (SPI A1/A2) for high-gloss areas and 718H/2738HH textured cavity (VDI 27–36) for matte zones, with clearly defined parting lines.
