Q: What hot runner do you recommend for grille molds?
A: Sequential valve gate (SVG) hot runner is strongly recommended for ABS/ASA grilles — it lets you control fill sequence to push weld lines to non-visible areas and reduce flow marks, especially important for textured or chrome-plated surfaces.
