What is a PP DN1000 4-Way Manhole Base?
Base Diameter: Internal Ø1000mm (Outer Ø typically ~1140–1200mm depending on wall thickness)

① 4-Side Hydraulic Core-Pulling for Pipe Sockets
The defining feature of a Plastic PP DN1000 Manhole 4-Way Base Mould is four large side cores forming the pipe sockets/bells.
Each socket core is actuated by independent hydraulic cylinders (or large-angle lifters for shallow sockets), with interlock safety limit switches preventing mold closure if any core is not fully retracted/advanced.
Socket draft angles are precisely calculated (typically 1°–2°) with chrome-plated core pins / sleeves for smooth withdrawal and long wear life.
Exchangeable insert rings allow different pipe diameters (DN150–DN600) without re-machining the entire core — a cost-saver for chamber system suppliers.
