Plastic PP DN1000 Manhole Cone Mould

In a complete Plastic Inspection Chamber system, the Reduction Cone / Tapered Adapter connects the large-diameter shaft (Ø1000mm) to the smaller access cover opening (typically Ø600mm, Ø450mm or Ø315mm). It brings the chamber neck down to a standard manhole cover size while maintaining structural integrity and watertight performance.

The Plastic PP DN1000 Manhole Cone Mould is the precision injection tool that forms this tapered component from Polypropylene (PP), complete with upper/lower socket grooves for EPDM gaskets, internal/external vertical stiffening ribs, and anti-slip ladder rung sockets (optional).
