2. Precision Cooling & Heating System

High-Temperature Oil Pipes: We utilize high-temperature-resistant oil pipes to withstand the 80–90°C environment without risk of bursting.
Optimized Water Channels: Cooling water runs through both the core and the angle lifters. By using extended water pipes instead of traditional seals, we prevent rubber ring aging under high temperatures, significantly reducing your long-term maintenance costs.
Resin Insulation: An insulation board is added to the fixed Mould side to minimize heat loss during operation.
3. Strict Product Structural Standards

Rib Thickness: Limited to ≤ 0.4x the main wall thickness (compared to the standard 0.6x) to prevent sink marks.
