High-Grade Steel Composition:

Fixed Mould Plate: 2711 Pre-hardened Steel for stability.

Moving Mould Insert: 2311 Steel for excellent polishability.

Core Components (Sliders/Oblique Pushes): 2711 Steel treated with Nitriding (0.15 mm depth, achieving 50-52 HRC) for supreme wear resistance.

Assembly-First Finishing: Critical moving parts (cores, sliders) are dry-assembled beforefinal CNC finishing. This proactive approach eliminates step differences and ensures seamless part integration.





EDM Texturing: Push plates undergo simultaneous electro-etching to guarantee matching surface textures and prevent visible parting lines on the final product.

Wire Cutting: Executed using NC-provided references to achieve micron-level alignment accuracy.

Our optimized two-plate Mould operates seamlessly to maximize your production efficiency:

Injection & Cooling: The Mould-Master hot runner system injects molten plastic into the cavity. Simultaneously, our independent conformal cooling channels rapidly and uniformly solidify the PS material.

Mould Opening: The moving Mould retracts. Fixed Mould sliders, side sliders, and oblique mechanisms initiate the synchronized deMoulding process.

Ejection: The injection machine ejector engages the three-piece U-shaped push plate system, safely lifting the fully formed refrigerator Cabinet out of the cavity.

Reset: All systems retract and return to their original positions, perfectly aligned and ready for the next high-speed production cycle.
