1. Complex Part Structure Analysis
The refrigerator drawer features a complex geometry, including:
An arched surface on the upper front side.
Multiple buckles (on the front center, inner surface, and both sidewalls).
A narrow skirt (approx. 8 mm wide) along the mouth of the drawer.
To overcome deMoulding challenges, we implemented a hybrid solution combining fixed Mould sliders, side sliders, and an oblique push deMoulding mechanism to release all undercuts without damaging the transparent PS part.
System: Dual blowing units (moving & fixed Mould).
Operation: Sequential activation to prevent vacuum cracks during Mould opening.

3. Mould Workflow Summary
This two-plate Mould operates as follows:
Injection & Cooling: Hot runner fills the cavity; cooling channels solidify the PS.
Mould Opening: The moving Mould retracts. Sliders and oblique mechanisms begin deMoulding.
Ejection: The injection machine ejector activates the push plate system, lifting the drawer out.
Reset: The process reverses for the next cycle.
