A: No. The 20L Regular Trash Can Mould is smooth polished cavity (SPI B1/B2), no rattan/woven VDI texture, deeper draw (~330–380mm H), uses BeCu cooling insert + central baffle, and is typically quoted with a separate 2-cavity lid mold to balance output. Rattan bins have EDM-textured outer cavity & different gate/draft considerations.

Q: Submarine gate on the rim or bottom-center pin-point gate?

A: Both are feasible. Submarine gate on inner top rim is simplest (two-plate mold, auto-degating, invisible vestige) and most common. Bottom-center pin-point gate (three-plate mold) gives radially-balanced fill for round bins and can reduce weld-line visibility — we recommend this if your press supports three-plate molds and you want optimum fill symmetry.

Q: Do you make the matching lid mold too?

A: Yes — we quote the 20L bin body as 1×1 cavity and the lid as 2-cavity or 4-cavity mold (shorter cycle) to roughly balance daily output. Inner liner mold also available.
